Welcome to Yellow Dog Psychology, a small community based psychology practice located in Karratha WA. My name is Laura Harris I'm a clinical psychologist and the founder of Yellow Dog Psychology.
At Yellow Dog, we pride ourselves on creating a warm and welcoming environment that embraces individuality and person centeredness. We understand that everyone is different and believe that therapy should embrace and reflect these differences.
We specialise in helping children and young people between the ages of 5 -25yrs and adults who have experienced trauma.
The name Yellow Dog Psychology is inspired by Toby - the yellow labrador. Toby is an invaluable member of the team and is always on hand if you need a little furry comfort or a giggle when he snores.
Accessing a psychologist can be daunting but we are ready to support you, your child or young person, on the journey to wellness and living the best life you can.

Clinical and Reflective Supervision

We can provide supervision for provisional psychologists under the 4+2 and 5+1 program, and provide supervision for registered psychologists wishing to gain their Clinical endorsement
NDIS

We can support individuals under the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) with capacity building and improving daily living skills. We support Self-Managed or Plan-Managed participants

Yellow Dog Psychology is a registered Medicare provider. To claim the Medicare rebate please ensure that you have a referral and MHCP from your GP, Paediatrician or Psychiatrist.
